Lanron Home and Commercial Inspections is a company which provides a variety of inspection services. Among those services is thermal imaging which enables the company to find electrical issues, insulation issues, moisture problems and heat loss. They are certified by Carson Dunlop Weldon and Associates, and their commercial inspections are done with a team of experts including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Structural and Environmental. Lanron caters to investors, lenders, governments, business owners, realtors and property managers.
Mr. McDougall has been helping his father build houses since he was 8 years old. Since that time he has worked as a roofer, window installer and builder. He then became a Road Construction Machine Operator working on basement foundations, footings and concretes. Ron then went on to join a contracting firm for four years before starting his own inspections company.
Ron believes in education, which is why he insists that his clients join his inspection trips so he can teach them about everything they need to learn about their soon-to-be home. He informs clients about what they should be looking for with plumbing and heating problems, structural problems, locks, vegetation and how it affects their home, shingles, moisture and maintenance.
Mr. McDougall is a Registered Home Inspector with CAPHI and a Certified Home Inspector. He is a Board Member of the Canadian Association of Home Property Inspectors and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
