He brings 15 years of experience to Mining Electrical Services, a company that provides electrical and pressure washing services to the mining industry. Noted for his expertise in field service management, Mr. Praus is in charge of supervising 22 employees, preparing invoices, bidding on projects, ensuring the workability of all equipment, and assisting clients with vacuum truck and pressure washing services. He initially established his company because of a desire to provide a safer work environment for employees, and takes pride in having suffered no medical reportables or lost-time accidents in all his years of doing business. He attributes his success to his loyal and hard-working staff, his willingness to take risks, and his commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
Mr. Praus received his associate of applied science in industrial construction from North Dakota State College of Science.
